Features › Every meeting, on everyone’s calendar

Small group meeting schedules and calendar sync

Set a small group’s whole meeting schedule from a day and a time, weekly, every other week or monthly. Members subscribe once and every meeting appears in Apple, Google or Outlook calendars, with reminders the day before.

The whole run in one step

Say how often the group meets, on which day and at what time, and every date is filled in, with an end time. Every date stays editable afterwards.

On everyone’s calendar

Members subscribe once and every meeting syncs to Apple, Google or Outlook calendars, including groups they join later.

Reminders go out on their own

Everyone gets a reminder the day before a meeting, on the church’s own clock.

Extra meetings

A social night, a make-up session or a retreat day goes on the group’s calendar alongside its regular meetings without moving them. The group is told when it is added, it appears on their calendars and on the group’s Home under Coming up, everyone is reminded the day before, and members can say they can’t make it so the leaders have a headcount.

Finding a time

Poll the group’s availability, or open two-on-one sign-ups: set the days, a time range and a slot length, and people pick a slot and add it to their calendar.
